Hello. There is a web version for P2P: circulr.loopring.io supports P2P functionality. However, it is not ‘fully’ ready for launch yet, which is why we are slightly pushing back the airdrop period. Details to be announced on exact dates shortly. And yes, any Ethereum address (including an address that accesses Circulr) that owns LRC and satisfies the requirements (address binding, P2P trade, etc…) will receive the LRN drop.
