Hi Juneau. These rewards are for past stakers only (what we are calling staking v1).

L2 staking (or what you can consider v2 staking) hasn't started yet. Stay tuned next week for the new LRC model, which addresses this point (although it won't exactly be just 'staking').

But for now, there is no staking you or anyone should be doing :).
